Returns

We want you to love your Maison Padel piece(s). If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must still be attached

• Items must be in their original packaging

Final sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition releases are not eligible for return

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery (subject to availability).
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email support@maisonpadel.shop with your order number and request, stating the reason for return/exchange

2. Once approved, we will provide return mailing address details. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fee

3. Securely pack your item and drop it off with the designated carrier

In situations where the product being returned was damaged or faulty when received, we will refund the return shipping cost to the customer once the item is received and inspected

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right
