Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer domestic and international shipping.
Flat rate economy international shipping is available. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Economy Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Domestic Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

• International Economy Shipping: 7–21 business days

• International Express Shipping: 5–14 business days

Import/Duties

Please note: For international orders, your country’s customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey from our court to your door — wherever you are in the world.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Maison Padel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
